Per the consensus, I copied the ,v files over and then did a cvs rm
on the original files.  I then cleaned out the symbols in all of the
new ,v files (i.e. changed all of them to be symbols;).

If there's a problem, I probably won't be of much help.  I have
almost no RCS karma.  -- justin
