Shared Skins?

Hi,

Currently I am doing a skin basically like 
http://jakarta.apache.org/avalon/phoenix/ but a little nicer to navigate. I 
am eventually going to porpose it over on general@commons as the style for 
their site. If that goes well I would also like to change 
http://jakarta.apache.org/avalon/phoenix/ to use forrest aswell. 

So my question is - where do I put the skin? Do you want me to submit it to 
you for inclusion (though it seems that is not a desired move?) - or is there 
another module we can put it. Maybe store it in a *-site CVS for the time 
being or ... other suggestions?
