SOAP routing

Hi,

I am developing a SOAP routing server based on Axis.  I would like to
support any relevant protocols.  Does anyone know of specifications under
development that I should consider?

I have looked at WS-Routing from Microsoft
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnglobspec/html/wsroutspecindex.asp).

 Does anyone have an opinion on the applicability of this protocol?
