Ibiblio Jar upload : HOW TO ?

I was wondering if you still accept uploading needed jars in the ibiblio repository and if so if there was a special process to follow. I sent a mail to ask for jar uploads about one week ago and didn't get any answer, am I on the wrong mailing list ?
