See FINERACT-932 for general background, and fix this problem by making it return an appropriate HTTP 4xx client validation error instead of an internal server UnsupportedOperationException:

{code}java.lang.NullPointerException: Name is null

        at java.lang.Enum.valueOf (Enum.java:238)
        at org.apache.fineract.interoperation.domain.InteropTransferActionType.valueOf (InteropTransferActionType.java:21)
        at org.apache.fineract.interoperation.api.InteropApiResource.performTransfer (InteropApiResource.java:368) {code}
