[4.1][5.0] Jasper branch

The Jasper branch has been created in the jakarta-tomcat-jasper repository:

- JSP 2.0: HEAD branch (-> Tomcat 5.0)
- JSP 1.2: "tomcat_4_branch" branch (-> Tomcat 4.1)

(I think the name is good enough)

In j-t-c, I will create a "coyote_10_branch" branch.
Note: Although the code that will go in the 4.1.x releases is the Coyote 
1.0 branch, the HEAD branch is also supposed to work with it (otherwise, 
it's a bug).

Larry,

Could you create a branch in jakarta-tomcat as well ? 

Not very urgent - getting coyote and the other
parts working is more important for now, but eventually
I want to make interceptors work with 5.0, and that
should be in the main branch.
