[Bug 4815] REPTO_OVERQUOTE_THEBAT yields false positives

If a name contains one the following characters (or characters in range ASCII 0-31)

'(', ')', '<', '>', '@', ',', ';', ':', '\', '"', '.', '[', ']'

then The Bat! surrounds it with quotes.
