We have new hi-res frame images use the 512x512 one for the icon

Update the version number in the snapcraft.yaml and the netbeans.desktop files

In order to have the best out of the box experience add the following options to netbeans.conf:

-J-Djdk.gtk.version=2.2 -J-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -J-Dplugin.manager.install.global=false
