user authentication

Is there a way to get rid of user authentication part
where they have to add numbers to post a comment?

Thanks

If you are the system administrator you can change your
/WEB-INF/classes/ApplicationResources.properties.

If you are an user you can change your site template on Preferences ->
Templates, the document 'roller-template-help.pdf' is of great help for
this.

In order to get rid of the calendar tag you just have to play with the
#showWeblogEntryCalendar macro on the Weblog template.

Hope this helps.

Is it possible to customize blogs so that comments
link will say another word like "questions"?

Also is it possible to get rid of calendar tag on the
blogs? (Is it by changing page-models settings?)

Thanks

Yes. In your roller-custom.properties override file set the following property:

comment.authenticator.classname=org.apache.roller.ui.rendering.util.DefaultCommentAuthenticator
