New release of OFFO hyphenation patterns

Following the release of fop-0.90alpha1, I have updated OFFO's
hyphenation patterns. The compiled hyphenation patterns for FOP's
unstable release are now called fop-0.90. They have not changed with
respect to the former fop-HEAD.

I changed the documentation a bit to reflect FOP's new unstable
release.
