Hi!

I think that Apache-AuthenNTLM may fit the bill for you.  Check it out at:

http://search.cpan.org/author/SPEEVES/Apache-AuthenNTLM-2.04/AuthenNTLM.pm

You are able to create mappings for more than one domain.
