ACTION ITEMS:
1. Steve and Glen will discuss the naming of the Handler
interface/components and come back to the list.
2. Jacek will try to draw up some pictures as to how the Actor/Handler stuff
works
3. Jacek and Glen will research getting an ircd up for our use somewhere
4. Everyone will check out AOLIM

 3) Our admin is reluctant about setting up our own public IRCd (sure,
it's not his problem), but he suggested that we use a single server on
a smaller network, something like irc.vsp.cz or irc.wo.cz, but I don't
know how fast it would be for you guys from around the world (try 
traceroute). 8-/ But it could work.
 4) works ok, chatroom ApacheSOAP, already there, screen name (what a
strange name for a registered user) JacekKopecky. 8-)
