[CODE] [WEBDAV] On webdav file lock already coded in but commented out

Hi all,
Hi Andre, hi Oliver

I'm trying to implement the file lock/unlock in webdav, fixing [1].

After some time spent analyzing the code re:webdav, I came across some 
commented parts in SerfSession.cxx [2] that deal with locks.
These parts seem to have been planned but not finished.

Andre and Oliver, since it seems you where the devs who first commit it 
around three years ago [3] [4], I'd like to know how I can continue the 
work from there filling in the gaps.
I'd like to know about the parts written but not used [5] as well.
