Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: MAVEN-781
Summary: JBuilder plugin creates projects with empty required libraries list
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: Unknown

    Project: maven
 Components:
             plugin-jbuilder
   Versions:
             1.0-rc1

   Assignee:
   Reporter: David Zeleznik

    Updated: Thu, 4 Sep 2003 12:59 PM

Description:
Due to the new JellyContext scoping behavior of dynamic tags in Maven beta 10, the JBuilder plugin no longer exports the list of project libraries from the jbuilder:generateArtifactLibrary tag. This results in JBuilder projects being generated with an empty list of required libraries. The attached patch fixes this and a similar variable initialization bug in the jbuilder:getDefaultProject tag.
