Description:
It has something to do with the new security settings in Tomcat 4.x. As sone as
you change the option TOMCAT4_SECURITY from "yes", which is default,  to "no" al
works as intended.

distro: Debian Stable
kernel: Custom 2.4.20
tomcat4: lastest stable
java: sun java 1.4.1_02

This bug holds for any available version of Axis
