ApacheCon EU April '08

Davi was just observing on irc that there are no APR-related submissions.

The CFP closes tomorrow, if anyone is interested in submitting a short
abstract (and then putting together the material in the next 6 mos).

Considering how many APR-consuming projects are at the ASF alone, plus
all of those beyond the foundation, it would certainly make for either
an interesting session or fastfeather (20 minute) presentation.
