New manual nightly build posted

Hi,

Gump is currently not running the Cactus build (some issue with Gump).
As a consequence we do not longer have automatic nightly build. I'm
working on this to try to restore this nice feature. It may take a
while...

In the meantime, I've posted a manual nightly build of Cactus. It's
available on:

http://cvs.apache.org/builds/jakarta-cactus/nightly/2003-10-23-manual/
