Hey Rob,

Thanks for willing to participate in improving Fineract.
You can start off by running the code on develop branch as per instructions
in the readme at https://github.com/apache/fineract.
You can also look at some opened issues from our issue tracker
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-1115?jql=project%20%3D%20FINERACT%20AND%20status%20in%20(Open%2C%20Reopened)%20AND%20assignee%20in%20(EMPTY)>
