turbine 2.2.1 branch?

I don't see a branch in the turbine-2 CVS for 2.2.1 dev vs. 2.3 dev ... am 
I missing something? I'm starting a new app and would like to begin dev w/ 
at least a dev. version of 2.2.1 or 2.3.
