[users@httpd] "The connection was reset" frequently when browsing httpd.apache.org

In the last few months, I have observed frequent "The connection was
reset" messages while browsing the documentation on httpd.apache.org.

Curiously, if I switch browsers (from Firefox to Chrome), I'm usually
able to retrieve the requested document.

Likewise, if I wait a few minutes and refresh the page (without
switching browsers), I'm able to access the content.

Why might this occur? Is httpd.apache.org overloaded frequently? I
assume that there must be a large server-farm with load-balancers,
mirrors, etc. behind the Apache website, so maybe the problem is with a
specific mirror (or set of mirrors).

This message is intended more as an "FYI" than as a question, in the
event that Apache is not aware of this issue.

Thank you,

-Ben
