The need to retry when signing jars is apparant in the eclipse plugin where the functionality has been added. See the documentation at [https://www.eclipse.org/cbi/sitedocs/eclipse-jarsigner-plugin/sign-mojo.html] where it talks about properties such as {{cbi.jarsigner.retryLimit}} and {{cbi.jarsigner.retryTimer. Thus, we can retry when using eclipse but not when using maven.}}
