FYI: retiring from OASIS UIMA committee

I have found that I'm not making constructive contributions
to the standards effort, and so have decided to scale back
my involvement from voting member to observer.  I'll still
follow what's going on over on OASIS as far as Apache UIMA
is concerned, but I will spend much less time on it.

Anybody who's interested in the standard proposal and how
it's developing should check out the OASIS UIMA page
