Where did apreq.h go/come from?

I just upgraded from Apache 2.2.8 to 2.2.11.  My module uses apreq.h,
but that is not part of 2.2.11. Is that an extra header I found
somewhere or was it removed?

I think it is an extra header:
http://httpd.apache.org/apreq/docs/libapreq2/
