[I] [Enhancement] Why do both 5.0 and 4.x versions of RocketMQ lack a clear metric for monitoring their availability status? [rocketmq]

heyuanchou opened a new issue, #9574:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq/issues/9574

   ### Before Creating the Enhancement Request

   - [x] I have confirmed that this should be classified as an enhancement rather than a bug/feature.

   ### Summary

when i find the urls, like "https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/docs/4.x/deployment/04Exporter#%E5%8F%AF%E8%A7%82%E6%B5%8B%E6%80%A7%E6%8C%87%E6%A0%87" or "https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/docs/observability/01metrics",I cannot find metrics like 'rmq_up' that monitor the liveliness status of RocketMQ.

   ### Motivation

In order to facilitate better monitoring

   ### Describe the Solution You'd Like

Add an indicator, similar to 'rmq_up', that equals 0 or 1; this serves as a metric for assessing service availability.

   ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered

   Not available

   ### Additional Context

   _No response_

Hi @heyuanchou , how do you use your indicators? If Prometheus collects data regularly, it will output target_up automatically.

I would like a metric, where rmq_up==0 indicates that the RocketMQ service has crashed, and rmq_up==1 indicates that the RocketMQ service is active.

Hi @yx9o ,I use the official exporter RocketMQ Prometheus Exporter to collect metrics from RocketMQ; however, the official documentation does not include definitions for metrics such as 'up'.
You can find the official definition. in https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/docs/4.x/deployment/04Exporter#%E5%8F%AF%E8%A7%82%E6%B5%8B%E6%80%A7%E6%8C%87%E6%A0%87
   and
   https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/docs/observability/01metrics
   thanks
