    Resolution: Not A Bug

Closing this one out, for now, as it's possible that the past 2-3 versions have already resolved it. Feel free to re-open if further evidence indicates that this is still an issue.

> Seeking to migrate [GUAC-1519|https://jira.glyptodon.com/browse/GUAC-1519] to current bug tracker.  As the original reporter suggests, there are plenty of instances within a Windows OS (and others) where an Alt-and-key combination is desirable to move quickly on a task.
> As Michael Jumper noted in that thread noted: "I think the root cause of your issue is in the difference in meaning for 'Alt' in a Mac vs. Windows ... We need to find some way to recognize when Alt is being held strictly for the sake of typing, as Ctrl+Alt may be held under Windows, and release it for the same reasons. The big question is whether that is actually possible to achieve without breaking keyboard in other cases."
> Forgive me if I've done anything wrong in the filing of this bug; first time I've done it on this system.  Thanks.
