AllYourBase 2014 / Oxford

I went to AllYourBase 2014 in Oxford where the keynote was given by Jeni 
Tennison:

Theer was also a talk on the state of MariaDB given by Monty Widenius 
(slides not yet online).

In the talk he summarised working with open source projects and getting 
improments/fixes/changes made as in one of 3 cases:
