Could you please tell me how can I report about not reported issues I've
found?

Feel free to report them at http://bugs.cloudstack.org
You should be able to create issues, and there is a problem if you can't.

I am not sure if you are authorized to create a JIRA ticket. But you can certainly mention/discuss the issues on the mailing list here itself , and we can take it from here and look into them. Perhaps you could attach some screenshots if possible (for UI related bugs) or copy-paste the logs ( vmops.log , api.log etc ) .
