monitor

Christopher Tubbs commented on ACCUMULO-2181:
---------------------------------------------
Yes, absolutely, we should do this! As part of this, we should group tables by namespace (e.g. one namespace per tab; I had thought there was already a separate ticket for this, but cannot find it at the moment), and use client-side column sorting, and drop the refresh interval in favor of AJAX for updating elements.

> We can improve the look & feel of monitor by using Twitter's bootstrap (http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/getting-started.html#examples)
> Adding bootstrap (and getting rid of the html code inside of the java classes) will make it easier to add future functionality like search, tabs, more complex screen layouts, etc.
