Cool new features in code base !!

Ok, I hope I got your attention with the title :-)

There have been multiple updates by several of us to the code base, so
to summarize what happened:

a. Stroking on text.
b. Scripting invoked on ui events.
c. New filters: feComponentTransfer and feColorMatrix
d. Masks.
e. Improved viewer.

If I forgot something, I appologize to the author...
There are a couple new test files in the samples\tests directory.
