It will be greate if these are tag attributes to define locale specific path 
for imageses. Like in html:link tag, you have to hard code path for the image( 
eg; onmouse="src='/images/componentA/smile.gif'" ) This is can be somehow 
locale specific and be /images/en/componentA/smile.gif 
or /images/ja/componentA/smile.gif based on some existing or additional 
parameters
