JBoss 7.1

Hi,
Is it possible to use ODE with JBoss 7.1.0.CR1b?
What can I do to make it work.
Actually I would like to have a bpel engine running and it must not be ode, it there are better alternatives.
Any suggestions?


I get the following error when dropping ode.war in the standalone/deployments directory

Not sure what the problem is you are experiencing, however you may
want to have a look at: http://www.jboss.org/switchyard

This is a SCA based ESB that runs over JBoss AS7, and uses ODE to
provide the BPEL component implementation via the Riftsaw project:

Hi Gunnar,

Ode has not been tested against JBoss AS 7.1.0.CR1, however, the RiftSaw 3,
a project based on ODE, has been designed as a component inside the
switchyard (ESB project that based on JBoss 7.1.0.CR1). You can see this

Hi,

possible that you may run into some classpath conflict oddities with JPA
-- I'm not sure if this is an ODE issue, I rather think that it could be
resolved by configuration. However, I didn't try it myself. Perhaps the
Redhat/JBoss guys of the ODE team have some ideas. You may look at JBoss
Riftsaw -- it is a JBossified fork of ODE. Perhaps they have solved your
issue already.
