textArea and formatted text

Hello,

i develop an application which contain forum discussion.
I would like to provide formatted functions :

break line,
bold character
color ...

i tried HtmlEditor from tomahawq but it is bugged.
i listend dojo but website download is off.

Have you got an idea ?
