Maven plugin to record video of screen

Is there a Maven plugin which can start/stop recording of the screen and
place the file in the output directory?

I'm looking for something which can help gather evidence during black-box ui
integration tests.

If the plugin doesn't already exist, please post any
recommendations/gotchas/hints on which tool can best be wrapped.

The method wouldn't have to absolutely work on every platform (really I just
need Windows), but I definitely want something that doesn't require anything
to be preinstalled on the machine.  I wouldn't even mind starting another
process using a program I unpacked, but the interaction would all need to be
API or CLI based.
