vogievetsky opened a new pull request #8199: Web console: Improve data loader time column detection

The data loader should prioritize columns with `time` in the name as the default suggestion if multiple possible time columns are detected. Also explicitly sort supervisor stats keys, and make status card share code with the rest of the cards on the home screen.
