   Dear TVM community,
   
   This is a call for vote to release Apache TVM (incubating) version 0.6.0. We are thrilled to have a lot of exciting features be added since v0.5 early this year.

   2) Link to release candidate:
   https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/tvm/tvm-v0.6.0-rc2
   
   The vote will be open for at least 72 hours.
   
   A minimum of 3 PPMC +1 votes and more binding +1 than binding -1 are required to pass the vote.
   
   Please remember to TEST first before voting accordingly.
   
   +1 = approve
   +0 = no opinion
   -1 = disapprove (provide reason)
