[I] [Release][Verification] Binary verification job verify-rc-binaries-wheels-macos-11-amd64 has been failing since 14.0.0 with a timeout [arrow]

   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.
   
   The binary verification job has been failing consistently with a timeout installing system dependencies since 14.0.0:

   For the 15.0.0:
   https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/actions/runs/7553798624/job/20565323293
   
   At the moment the job is not useful we should investigate how to solve the issue or remove the job if unnecessary.
