Future of ant

Hi!

I have some questions about the future of ant:

Will there be further 1.x versions? (When?)
When do you plan to release Ant 2?
Can you say how complicated it will be to shift an Ant 1 buildfile to
Ant 2? Do plan a tool to automate this shifting process?

Yes.  Expect to see a a proposed release plan for Ant 1.4 rather soon.

Apart from it will be ready when it ready?  No idea.

It shouldn't get too complicated and we are planing to provide some
means to help during the transition.
