The Apache Ripple (incubator) website is finished, and it needs to be (svn) checked out to "people.apache.org/www/incubator.apache.org/content/ripple".

However, my user does not have permissions to create a folder in the "content" directory. I.e.:

    svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/ripple/site ripple

Fails with:

    Can't make directory '/x1/www/incubator.apache.org/content/ripple': Permission denied

I am not sure if this is where I need to request that the folder be created, or if that is the correct thing I need to do. Mainly, I need to request SvnPubSub setup for the website, but am stuck here. However, if SvnPubSub setup also involves creating that directory, then please let me know and I will close this and create the setup request immediately.
