Transactions with ActiveMQ (including DLQ) - ActiveMQ Down

Hi!

We're using transactions in Camel using ActiveMQ, which uses a JDBC
database. The DeadLetterQueue is also running on ActiveMQ.
While the underlying database uses a master-slave configuration, what would
happen if both are not available? General transactions would fail as nothing
could be written to ActiveMQ, so Camel would try to write to the DLQ.
However that would also fail as it's using the same infrastructure. Would
there be a loop of infinite retries to write to the DLQ, would the
transaction fail at some point (and where would the message end up),...?

Thanks,
Philipp
