MBean Object doesn't have all the attributes when accessed via jmx

HI,
     i need to programmatically get the MessagesCompleted and MessagesFailed
attributes from camel MBean for a consumer component . when i use the uri 
"service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://localhost:1099/jmxrmi" as the JMXServiceURL ,
javax.management.ObjectName has very limited no of attributes that i can
access . It doesn't have the above mentioned one's . But, when i access the
local process org.apache.karaf.main.Main it contains all the attributes .

So,  Do i need to enable something to get all the attributes in my camel
config ?

or how can i access the local process org.apache.karaf.main.Main via JMX
