servlet reloading problem with tomcat-3.2-beta-4

Hi,

tomcat does reload java beans and JSP files after I modify (and
recompile the java bean files) but I could not find a solution that
tomcat reloads the (recompiled) servlets too.
Does anybody what I could do?
