Kafka has this licensing issue:

Therefore the package is not available in normal bigtop repositories. To get around this, we configured the kafka charm to use the ci.bigtop.apache.org repos. Today, the job for the trunk-repos failed:

[https://ci.bigtop.apache.org/job/Bigtop-trunk-repos/429/]

This caused the kafka charm to fail to install. In retrospect, using the trunk repos was never a good idea. We should have used the Bigtop-1.2.1 repos instead.  PR coming soon to fix this.
