In fact, Drew Foulks did. I only reported the issue.

However, I remain available to help administer the machine. If anyone
wants to enable me, I may be able to fix this problem next time it
happens.

It didn’t make sense to me so I let infra know on slack that they should treat the request as if it came from sysadmin@ itself.

Arrigo has resolved the issue and translate.a.o should be working.

As I understand it, we are responsible for the server. But maybe we can
ask Infra.

While theoretically I could get access I wouldn't know how to renew the
Let's Encrypt certificate.
