not called on divs

Joe Bowser resolved CB-3850.
----------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
There is nothing that we can do to fix Stock Android Browser issues, sorry! I think your issue may be related to jQuery Mobile's broken handling of touch and click events.

> Key: CB-3850
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-3850
> Project: Apache Cordova
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Android
> Affects Versions: 2.7.0
> Environment: Android 2.x up to 4.0. Using jQuery Mobile, as well.

> Touch and click events fire but the associated handlers are not called, whether hardcoded to the HTML file or later bound with JS with/without jQuery. This only appears to be an issue when handlers are bound to divs. Other elements seem to work fine.
