Have a look at the example-folder of your Solr-environment.
There is a config-directory, where you can find a
"Synonyms.txt"-example-file.
Try to understand why it looks like it looks and add those synonyms you may
need for your usecase.

What synonyms you want to use depends on the things you want to do with your
Solr-server. According to this, there won't be any
out-of-the-box-synonym-list that fits all your needs.
