Unit Test broken by org\apache\axis\transport\http\JettyAxisServer.java and C:\axis-src\ws-axis\java\src\org\apache\axis\transport\mail\MailServer.java

Is it really broken or I don't understand something?

After running test:
    [junit] Running test.utils.PackageTests
[junit] Tests run: 34, Failures: 1, Errors: 0, Time elapsed: 3.171 sec

BUILD FAILED
C:\axis-src\ws-axis\java\build.xml:326: The following error occurred while executing this line:

Checking in an Initial Impl of a SMTP/POP3 transport.

Notes:
- You will need a daily build of Jakarta Commons/Net from (http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/sandbox/net/)
- Checked this in to be able to try Async API (When the Async Implementations start, as i don't have access to a JMS environment)
- One major problem is that Commons/Net uses Reader/Writer and JavaMail API uses InputStream/OutputStream so we need to store messages in an intermediate byte array

Re: Unit Test broken by org\apache\axis\transport\http\JettyAxisServer.java and C:\axis-src\ws-axis\java\src\org\apache\axis\transport\mail\MailServer.java

Posted by Davanum Srinivas <da...@gmail.com>.
We need to fix this...too many people are picky about losing the
namespace prefix / text nodes. (Example xml-dsig/enc)

thanks,

RE: Unit Test broken by org\apache\axis\transport\http\JettyAxisServer.java and C:\axis-src\ws-axis\java\src\org\apache\axis\transport\mail\MailServer.java

Posted by Jarek Gawor <ga...@mcs.anl.gov>.
Ok, my bad. I had that specific test disabled since I was testing with
xerces on 1.3. Should be fixed now.

Sorry,
Jarek
