App crashed loading plugins
Errror: Expected '}'

Problem:
https://github.com/csantanapr/cordova-plugin-inappbrowser/blob/dev/www/windows8/InAppBrowserProxy.js

has extrac cordova.define(

fix is to remove wrapped cordova.define this is now done by plugman
I will submit a fix shortly
