  When were the last committers or PMC members elected?
  
-   On May 20, 2 committers/PPMC members were elected, but only one accepted (Steven Yvinec-Kruyk). The other declined as he is about switch jobs and is not sure if his new employer will need Airflow or support his need to work on it.
