    [FLINK-5837][docs] improve readability of the queryable state docs

    Some edits to make the page read better. Also, a blank line was missing, so the bullet list at line 55 wasn't actually a bullet list.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
