During the code review of HDDS-2475, [~xyao] made the following observation.

I also notice there are other metrics that never got unregistered:
SCMContainerPlacementMetrics and CSMMetrics.

This JIRA is to track that issue, and add logging if possible in HDDS-2475 code path.
